Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any new, unopened (if shrink-wrapped), undamaged retail items sold by Store.Meta-formation.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Wrong or Defective Items
Did you receive an incorrect or defective item? Then we'll pay return shipping costs and replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at store@meta-formation.com or call 734-572-4653 before initiating a return, and we'll sort it out. Return items in their original packaging. We will verify the item condition before sending your refund.
Limitations
Refunds will not be given for:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Items which are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- No returns for wholesale customers.
